Specifications include, but are not limited to: JCPS is interested in reviewing proposals for either a combined school and central office facility, separate facilities on the same campus, or separate campuses for these facilities. To accomplish this, JCPS requests respondents submit facility descriptions and financing options. We wish to consider any and all financing options permitted by Kentucky law including purchase, long-term lease, lease-to-own, public private partnership, or other financing possibilities. Respondents may submit proposals for both facilities or one facility. At this time, JCPS does not offer a telecommuting option for employees, thus the majority of employees will be required to have a dedicated space.
