Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. Vendor shall provide PCI Forensics Investigation (PFI services available to all State Agencies). The Vendor must comply with all PCI Qualification Requirements for PFIs. The Vendor must be in good standing with the PCI SSC as a PFI for the contract’s duration. The State may terminate a contract immediately if the Vendor is removed from the PCI SSC listing of PFI companies or the Vendor is placed on remediation status. The Vendor must be a QSA Company in Good Standing with the PCI SSC. The Vendor and the Vendor’s employees are not permitted to perform any PFI investigation for the State if they have performed within the preceding three (3) years a PCI DSS Assessment, an ASV Assessment, or a QIR installation.
