Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide licensed operator(s) for daily operation of the wastewater system. This includes daily inspection of the system 365 days per year. The operator will adjust the system as necessary to ensure continued compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and permits. The operator will note his visit on an Operator’s Log, which will be maintained in the office at the waste treatment plant. The daily inspection will include the single wastewater lift station. 2. Operational Services (to include but not limited to): a. Daily testing of the effluent as required by the SCDHEC permit. Be certified by SCDEHEC to perform these field analyses; b. Preparing the monthly Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) and submitting it to SCDHEC; c. Sampling the effluent as required by your SCDHEC permit and transporting the samples to a certified laboratory for analysis;
