Specifications include, but are not limited to: Master Contract scope of work will include the standard milestones and deliverables for the Stormwater Master Plan – Project Identification project type as outlined in the Clean Water Initiative Program (CWIP) Project Types Table available here: (https://dec.vermont.gov/water-investment/cwi/grants/resources). For three high priority projects identified through the Stormwater Master Plan, the scope of work will also include the standard milestones and deliverables for the Stormwater - Preliminary Engineering Design project type as outlined in the CWIP Project Types Table available here: (https://dec.vermont.gov/water-investment/cwi/grants/resources). Milestones and deliverables are further described below: 1. Project initiated. a. Develop contacts forselect Areas of interest (AOI, often a town). b. Meet with interested parties to explain the purpose of the project and the timeframe for participation and receive initial input to the SWMP about areas of concern from town officials or organization representatives, Basin planners, CWIP Technical Project Manager (TPM )and other local stakeholders (who should be invited to meetings). 2. Desktop data acquisition and review completed a. Develop a data library summarizing data collection from existing plans, models and other available sources pertaining to the study area watersheds, surface waters and stormwater infrastructure. b. Identify areas of concern acrossthe AOI and focus areas forfield assessment. c. Develop a problem area list and maps of areas identified of greater concern for at least 18 sites/AOI or a number mutually agreed upon by the contractor and CWIP. 3. Field assessmentsto identify existing condition water quality improvement needs and objectives a. Gather data to support the completion of the project prioritization matrix and project summary sheets (including photos) and the CWIP New Project Form. 4. Project prioritization completed a. Assessed sites should be run through the CWIP unified prioritization matrix. For All tables/ matrices showing prioritization ranking please list the “Total Water quality score” and the “Total Feasibility Score” separately for each project and show red highlighting when project have a landowner or permitting score of zero. 5. Meeting(s) with stakeholders held a. Receive and include input from interested partiesthroughout the project a. Vet and finalize project prioritization scores with interested parties b. With interested party input, select at least three projects per AOI (or a number mutually agreed upon by the contractor and CWIP) to have preliminary (30%) designs completed...
