Specifications include, but are not limited to: On-Site Streaming Production Service ● Produce live game webcasts for the following BSU sports team events: Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Gymnastics and Softball not to exceed 140 events for 2024-2025 ● BSU sports team home events are subject, but not limited, to pre-season, regular season and postseason home events for each of the sports defined in the Agreement ● Provide an on-site broadcast engineer. ● Equipment and expertise to produce two simultaneous web streams at different locations. Game/Event Production ● Full video board game production for all home events where a video screen is present. ● Full video production for BSU miscellaneous events including streaming when applicable. ● Provide all crew members outside of the event manager. ● Payment of all crew members associated with video board production. ● All equipment for production provided by Partner and include ability to produce HD (720p/1080i/16:9) or 16:9 widescreen quality production for future video board enhancements and/or play on monitors in the Stueckle Sky Center and ExtraMile Arena Maintenance of Equipment ● Vendor is responsible for the acquisition, maintenance and repair of all equipment that resides in the production truck. The actual truck is not in scope as it’s owned and maintained by Boise State University. Equipment ● Equipment that is required can be found on Attachment 2 Game Production Communication Equipment ● Provide game production headsets for Game Producer, Sound Director, Ribbon Board operator and four on-field wireless headsets for game management staff and band for each home football game. ● Provide game production headsets for Game Producer, Operations staff and three oncourt wireless headsets for game management staff and cheer/dance coach for each home men’s and women’s basketball game. ● Provide game production headsets as needed for game production staff at other BSU athletic events Staff Allocation(ME) ● Provide one/two staff member(s) to attend scheduled testing sessions/pre-event meetings, contact for video and PA uploads and assist with technical needs throughout the week and game day. ● Provide an on-site engineer for every broadcast. ● Provide and fund eight to 10 positions per broadcast, depending on the needs of each sport. Conference policies ● Provide Boise State Athletics with an immediate FTP access of individual highlight clips after each game production Miscellaneous events ● Video stream and event production for Letter of Intent Show/Signing Day.
