Specifications include, but are not limited to: - The bid includes installation of approximately 1,061 lineal feet of six (6) foot high commercial grade all smooth black galvanized chain link fencing. - The framework should be galvanized and chain link to be commercial 8-gauge fusebonded chain link with both edges to be safety knuckled. - The fence posts should be set at standard 10’ centers. - The fence is to have 1-5/8”OD SS#20 black top railing, 2-1/2”OD SS#40 black line posts and 3”OD SS#40 black terminal posts. - The fence is to have 6-gauge tension wire to run continuously along the bottom of the fence to prevent pushing in or out. - Fence to have black vinyl PVT bottom lock privacy slats installed in chain link. - Both ends and pull posts are to be braced and trussed. - All installed fencing requires concrete foundations at each pole (truck poured) Delaware state mix concrete (3,500 PSI non-air entrained) with post tops crowned for water runoff. - Each concrete post foundation shall be between 2-1/2’ – 3’ in depth and be set in concrete settings.
