Specifications include, but are not limited to: UND seeks a single contractor for New School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Lit Building Signage will be installed at 1 and up to 3 location on the upper most portion of the buildings North Facades. The contractor will need to supply electrical power to the location on the construction documents, penetrate the exterior masonry, weather seal where required, fabrication signs per specifications, install the signs and any supporting requirements for function of the lighting. Lifts, safety equipment, ground barriers, building protection, will all be the contractors responsibility. This list is not exhaustive and additional items may be required to perform the installation
