Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Brand Development: RCT is currently developing a Strategic Plan. The selected Branding & Marketing consultant shall use data and findings from the strategic planning process, along with its own research, to inform the development of a new brand for RCT, inclusive of name, logo, and tagline. 2) Website Update: Once the brand development is complete, the consultant shall integrate the new brand throughout RCT’s website, making needed stylistic and content changes as well as completing other website maintenance activities. 3) Branded Assets: The consultant shall assist RCT with the procurement of branded assets, such as bus stops signs, bus wraps, clothing/uniforms, trade show/event items, etc. 4) General Advertising: The consultant shall assist RCT with the development and implementation of an advertising campaign(s) intended to improve the public’s knowledge and appreciation of public transportation and to increase ridership. 5) Other Activities: Other activities that may be assigned to the consultant include marketing strategy consultation, printing consultation and management, distribution and implementation strategies, coordination of professional photoshoots, public relations consultation; event planning consultation, bus schedule consultation, design and implementation, and bus advertising program consultation and/or management.
