Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to obtain proposals from qualified, financially secure, and technically responsible elevator companies to provide UK King’s Daughters Medical Center with full-service elevator maintenance. The contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, parts, labor, labor supervision, tools, scaffolding, machinery, hoists, equipment (including employee safety equipment), lubricants, and technical information to provide repair and proactive full preventive maintenance service including, but not limited to, cleaning, lubrication, adjusting, parts replacement and callback service. All work shall conform to the highest standards and best industry practices, applicable laws, and all expressed and implied provisions of this Agreement for the complete vertical transportation systems detailed in Appendix A of this Agreement.
