Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is seeking an organization qualified to provide assessment test security, data forensics, and investigative services as needed. The services are provided for all Kentucky state required assessments. This contract would also feature work with the Career Technical Education (CTE) End of Program assessments. The services shall also include validation and research support for Kentucky's assessment and accountability systems, the annual Federal consolidated state plan and federal assessment peer reviews. Interaction with Kentucky's Technical Advisory Committee (KTAC) and technical support to other departments within the KDE are expected. Work in support of activities toward a future assessment and accountability may also be required
