Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Base Bid shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install 400 LF of curb & gutter, 300 SY of concrete sidewalk, 11,300 LF of 10' wide pathway, 500 LF of handrail, 2 Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) systems, a 60' pedestrian bridge across the Idaho Canal, together with required footings and appurtanences, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. The Additive Alternate adds the installation of a 36' pedestrian bridge across the Meppen Canal, together with required footings and appurtanences, as well as 200 SY of 4" concrete sidewalk, 120 LF of curb & gutter, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents
