Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Montana (“university”) is requesting information regarding providers of non-exclusive group licensing opportunities for university student-athletes. Interested parties should have experience in managing group licensing rights for student-athletes on a single athletic team or multiple student-athletes on multiple teams. Group licensing providers would manage use of student-athlete name, image and likeness for those who opt-in to the program along with university-owned marks and logos. All interested parties are invited to submit a response to this Request for Information (RFI) all forms of responses will be looked at and there is no one way to submit information for this request. Details on what and how you do what you do would be appreciated along with any other information that you as the responder will feel is valuable in conveying what you can or currently do.
