Specifications include, but are not limited to: The name of the Covered Arena which is proposed by the successful Respondent and approved by the Kentucky Horse Park Commission will be the exclusive name of the facility in all official facility references during the term of the agreement. Additionally, the successful Respondent will have the right to create and develop a proposed logo for the facility which is subject to approval by the Kentucky Horse Park Commission. The Respondent shall clearly outline in its response to the Kentucky Horse Park if the Naming Rights Fee shall be paid in cash, or in cash plus in-kind product. If the Respondent elects to pay with cash plus in-kind product, the products offered must satisfy a particular need of the Kentucky Horse Park as defined in KRS 45A.097 (4) (a). The Kentucky Horse Park shall be solely responsible for determining if the proposed in-kind products satisfy this requirement. The following benefits that will be made to the successful Respondent: a. Name and logo identification in all official facility references made by the Kentucky Horse Park including, but not limited to, the following: i. Media correspondence ii. Media placement – television, radio, billboards and print iii. Website with links iv. Facility marketing collateral relating to the facility v. Facility related publications vi. Promotional merchandise vii. Advertising/promotional literature b. Exterior facility name and signage opportunities c. Directional signage within facility public vehicular areas d. Branding on interior directional signage e. Dedicated 10’ x 10’ indoor exhibit location for year-round visibility. f. Annual KHP General Admission passes (not to exceed 15) g. Included on digital round-about sign as “Proud Sponsor of Covered Arena.” (Excludes week of Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event. h. Two (2) social media posts by KHP each year during the term of this agreement. i. Other advertising opportunities as mutually agreed.
