Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Safety (DOS) is currently using multiple storage media to manage digital assets. With the advent of body worn and in-vehicle cameras and their subsequent cloud-based video management platforms primarily used the New Hampshire State Police, the DOS has identified a need across other Divisions for a more robust storage solution. This includes but is not limited to photographic evidence, helicopter and drone video, training materials, cell-phonevideo, texts and other messages, vehicle on-board diagnostics, security camera footage,polygraph test results, citizen-provided evidentiary footage, surveillance video & audio, investigator and pre-evidentiary research files, crime lab data, contents and images from phones, laptops, tablets and other computing devices, gaming consoles and devices, and the like. Robust indexing, search and sorting functions such that retrieval of data can be managed by priority, class and aging is essential.
