Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Phase III Archaeological Investigation Performance Considerations The overall Project Area was divided into three sections to facilitate archaeological investigations: the Daycare Lot, the Main IRS Block, and the West Parking Lot. Recommendations for each are summarized below. B. The Daycare Lot: Is a 2.7-acre section on the east side of the Project Area. It is not slated for development for at least two years, per the City. No archaeological testing has recently taken place in the Daycare Lot. If the Daycare Lot emerges as potential redevelopment in the future, limited archaeological testing may then be recommended. C. The work resulted in the documentation of one archaeological site in the Main IRS Block (2nd and Johnson site/15KE204). 2. This site (15KE204) is 25 ft (7.6 m) North, South by 100 ft (30 m), East - West (228 m2), the historical size of the house lot at 210 Johnson Street. 3.
