Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Hawaii is posting a Request for Exemption from Chapter 103D, HRS for the Department of Research and Development for reimbursement to Hawaii County coffee growers for the purchase of pesticides in accordance with (IAW) the Hawaii Department of Agriculture (HDOA) Subsidy Program. Additional information is contained in the attached request. Vendors objecting to this Notice of Exemption shall respond to this notice by uploading their written comments through Public Purchase prior to the request's end date, addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer. Any objections will be provided to the Chief Procurement Officer prior to any action being taken regarding this request.
