Specifications include, but are not limited to: Elevator Modernization for 1 Dover 3-floor elevator • Elevator functionality and component analysis • Major Components - Upgrade o Hydraulic Components o New Controllers o New Door Openers o New wiring – Travel Cables o New Fixtures – Hall station position indicators, car operation panels o New Fire Alarm system tie-in and required upgrades o Access Control and Camera Tie-ins o Backup Power Solution / Power outage • Management delegated to the contractor for all the different subs required. • Total Scope under one contract. • Perform the work so as not to interfere with the Owner’s operations. • Work to be completed during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) • The contractor will be responsible for disposing of all waste materials. • Ada County Operations will provide security for this project. The security liaison will coordinate with the contractor access times and tool inventory. • All persons working inside the Ada County Public Safety Building must pass a background check. This background check will be provided at no cost to the Contractor. • Work is to meet all applicable codes; the Contractor is responsible for any required building, elevator, electrical, mechanical, or fire permits.
