This Request for Proposals (RPF) is issued by The New Hampshire Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services (Herein henceforth known as The Agency), for the provision of Armed Security Services at the Pease Air National Guard facility in Newington, New Hampshire (Herein henceforth known as The Installation). National Guard Bureau regulations and procedures require that selected types of Army and Air National Guard facilities be provided security guard protection. These facilities include those that are likely terrorist targets and/or those which are used to store high-cost or large amounts of Federal equipment. The Installation meets the Federal criteria for such protection, as Pease is the home of the 157th Air Refueling Wing, which includes housing for the KC-46 Pegasus military aircraft.
