Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Restaurant / Snack Bar consists of approximately one-half of the Pro Shop and includes most of the personal property necessary to operate the facilities. The lease includes the necessary water, sewer, telephone, and electric service to the building. The lessee will be required to cater certain large scale tournaments through the summer months. The City is responsible for repairs to the building, but lessee is responsible for proper maintenance of all personal property. City will pay the annual maintenance for the hood and ductwork. Lessee is required to obtain a beer and wine license following all applicable state and local regulations. Lessee will be obligated to purchase all necessary inventory, food, condiments, beverages, etc. for operation of the restaurant and snack bar. The original lease will run for a one year period coinciding with the golf season and additional terms to be negotiated.
