Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service Provider’s Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Clean-up duties shall include surveying sites, collecting debris, dismantling temporary structures, removal of trash, and State approved handling and removal of all removed material. Disposal shall be at a site permitted to accept such materials. 2. Service Provider shall supply all labor, material, tools, protective clothing and gear, and equipment that is required or needed to perform the work to handle, remove, transport, and dispose of the waste materials and leave a clean site. 3. Service Provider shall coordinate with the City on a site-by-site basis to determine the work order for each encampment clean-up including a site assessment. The work order will establish the site location, start date, estimated timeframe of work and name of the onsite representative.
