Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following outlines what is understood to be the minimum or “base” scope of work required to modernize the elevator. Provide the following new equipment and coordination: 1. Hydraulic Power Unit- including tank, pump, motor, control valve and silencer. 2. Power unit vibration isolation floor mounting springs and noise reduction package. 3. Pipe and fittings required to connect the power unit to the jack. 4. Oil including legal disposal of existing oil. 5. Controller / landing system -non-proprietary diagnostic microprocessor-controlled dispatch and car control system. Smartrise brand or equal. Wall mounted in NEMA 1 type enclosure in elevator machine room. System to include solid state starter, battery lowering, independent operation, two-way leveling system.
