Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Utah, Division of Purchasing has issued this RFSQ to obtain statements of qualifications from companies interested in providing assistance to the Board of Pardons and Parole with its Employee Professional Development efforts with the intent to award a 5-year contract under Administrative Rule R33-5-108 for the Small Purchases of Professional Service Providers and Consultants. Bring an expert wellness consultant to the Board to create and implement a holistic employee-development series of events and interventions that focus on employee wellness and professional development. The series will include the following phases: 1. Situation analysis: Spend time at Board offices to understand its mission and work setting. The aim is to assess the critical needs and strengths of the organization by observing and talking to staff. 2. Select strategic areas of focus: Present several strategic areas of focus for the project that will structure the series of events and interventions of the remaining months of the project. 3. Design an evidence-based project series, including activities, justifications, measurement techniques, and timelines, and present to Board. The series should include one event and one intervention for each month, unless mutually agreed upon changes to that schedule occur. 4. Implement approved project series.
