Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor needs to produce transmitters with a GPS data collection system and GSM capabilities. The GPS/GSM transmitters should be suited for use with trumpeter swans and sandhill cranes. Additionally, the contractor must produce solar-powered telemetry transmitters compatible with The Motus, a wildlife Tracking System. an international collaborative research network that uses coordinated automated radio telemetry to facilitate research and education on the ecology and conservation of migratory animals. The vendor should be able to provide a website where real-time data is stored for GSP/GSM units. Specifically, the vendor also provides the state of Utah with an endpoint (or similar) that we can use to access the data and bring it into our wildlife Tracker database.
