Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Timberlane Regional School District is in need of paving d repairs throughout the district. Our plan is to: • Reconstruct the Parking/Drop Off Area at the lower parking lot at Atkinson Academy reclamation of the existing pavement and gravel base, fine grade, shim and compact that base/expand area where vehicles pull into the gravel, and properly shim the edge to prevent degradation and install binder and surface courses of bituminous asphalt along parking area. • Reconstruct Access Road behind Danville Elementary School in Danville, NH, by reclamation of the existing pavement and gravel base, fine grade, shim and compact that base to provide a smooth road and transitions for safe access to the drop off areas behind the school and install binder and surface course of bituminous asphalt. • Reconstruct the parking area to the South of the Timberlane Regional Middle School, 44 Greenough Rd. Plaistow, NH provide a safe parking area at the side of the building. This shall be done by reclamation of the existing pavement and gravel base, fine grade, shim and compact that base in order to remove the areas of unstable pavement. • Other items may be brought up at the pre bid mandatory walkthrough as addendums. It is the intent of this process to repair all major issues and to continue the process to maintain the driveways and parking lots of the Timberlane Regional School District to preserve their usefulness and safety. This may include crack sealing, seal coating, and restriping on a regularly scheduled basis. The intent of this RFP is to make the areas ready for this process. If that requires additional areas to be reclaimed and repaved, then it will be discussed during the walkthrough to ensure everyone is aware of the added items to this bid.
