(Licenses must be same color on front and back.) Each license to have 2 ½ x ½ inch strip of perm-tack tape adhesive across top just below perforation. Each sheet to contain 4 licenses – size 3 ½ x 2 inch, with perforation between licenses. Licenses are not to be printed on dyed paper and must be fade resistant. • Each book to contain 25 sheets – 100 licenses, fastened with 2 staples at the top of the book. • Cover: Orange (bright or neon) color 110# paper with a minimum of 20% post-consumer content required. Text on front cover should include, Custer State Park, Temporary Entrance License, and the numbers of first and last license contained hereon. An employee signature line should also be included on the cover. • Back: .026 chipboard with a minimum of 75% post-consumer content required. • Typesetting and paste up to be done by printer. To be packaged five (10) books per package. Licenses to be consecutively numbered beginning with 000001 through 167200 on the frontside, with smallest number on the bottom license of each sheet. Order will be rejected if any licenses are missing from run, packaged incorrectly, or incorrect coloring. End label packaging as to contents including serial numbers contained herein and should be packaged in boxes to not weigh more than 30 pounds. No exceptions. • Printing projects shall include the statement “Printed on Recycled Paper”. • Paper offered by a bidder shall be certified as meeting Green Seal environmental standards or EcoLogo certification criteria or meet minimum requirements for recycled content as published in the United States Environmental Protection Agency Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines, Paper Products 2007. • Quantity: 167,200 licenses (1672 books @ 100 licenses per book)
