Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Pest Control services for buildings and/or properties on campus (or adjacent to) and one location off campus. Pest Control is for the interior and exterior services, inspections, and treatment for the following, but not limited to roaches, mice, rats, fleas, lice spiders (all), and ants including fire ants and other like pests. Please clarify any pest that your company will not treat. It is understood that Bed Bugs require special treatment. Please include the cost for treatment of the bed bugs as a separate line item. Bat Extraction shall also be a separate line item on removal. Rodents such as squirrels, bees, etc., should be a separate line item on removal.
