Specifications include, but are not limited to: A work schedule will be established with the local office contact to assure a minimum of interruptions with the essential state operation and Contractor's work. It may be necessary to schedule the work area into two or more parts to provide for the continued operational needs of the CHP Area office. A. ALL WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 45 DAYS once the starting date has been established. B. Moving of furniture and equipment, except modular component furniture, shall be the responsibility of Contractor, as well as removal and replacement of hardware and/or light fixtures.GUARANTEE A. All work shall be unconditionally guaranteed for one (1) year. C. Contractor shall provide forced ventilation while interiors are being painted. DAMAGES A. Any damage to existing facilities or structures resulting from this work shall be repaired by Contractor to the satisfaction of and at no cost to the state. WORK TO BE INCLUDED A. All interior walls previously painted and any other interior walls specified herein. B. All interior and ceilings, acoustical or otherwise specified herein. See drawing(s) for detail. C. Replace all damaged and stained acoustical ceiling panels. D. Interior stairwells and steps to be painted. E. Surfaces to be painted or water sealed may include wood, metal, plastic, acoustical wall, ceiling tile, and masonry block.
