Specifications include, but are not limited to: Complete agreed upon work with accuracy and by the specified deadlines. Compare existing municipal subdivision ordinances with state statute and prepare revisions to bring subdivision ordinances into compliance with statute as required. As needed, draft new subdivision ordinances to comply with state statute. Consultants shall provide quarterly reports to DWS and ULCT with documentation for each of the municipalities the consultant supports describing progress toward implementing updated subdivision ordinances. Documentation of the hours spent on tasks associated with this grant. A list of tasks completed for this grant and list of tasks anticipated to be completed in the next month. A table with the costs incurred each month. Copies of any receipts for hotel stays. A map illustrating the miles traveled for any mileage reimbursement requests, to include the starting and ending odometer reading. Hours traveled to support requests for per diem reimbursement for meals.
