We are requesting a minimum of at least two people to maintain four bathhouse facilities during operating hours (1pm-br closing times), in addition to a final cleaning of all seven bathhouse facilities after hours. The following Scope of Services and Definitions outline the required tasks and schedule, which are nonnegotiable. Prior to the first cleaning, contracted cleaners will notify park staff that they have arrived for the day. Park staff will leave a radio and charger in the South Bathhouse closet for the cleaners to utilize. Cleaners mush check in via hand-held radio when they arrive at each location for cleaning. Aside from checking in with park staff, the radio can be used to communicate any janitorial issues in the bathrooms (Clogs, broken toilets, urinals, sinks, etc.). The radio must always remain on channel 7 for the maintenance department and radio use should not interfere with park staff. Please maintain professional radio etiquette, no swearing or other foul language.
