Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all safety equipment necessary to protect the public and the workers during construction Obtain all permits Remove all existing concrete-filled stair treads and dispose of removed items Grind, weld, and smooth on the stringers were tread fastened Clean and prep existing steel stringers and landings. Epoxy paint with two (2) coats of finish Install new diamond plate stair treads and risers. All tread and risers are to be primed and received two (2) coats of finish epoxy paint finish Install a barrier on the top floor to prevent water from draining on the stairwell Clean and paint existing handrails with two (2) coats of epoxy paint finish Construction clean up
