Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) seeks professional services for DVR eligible youth in transition from high school to the world of work utilizing the Project SEARCH model. DVR is requesting proposals for vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities leading towards employment One or more contracts will be awarded under this request for proposal upon contract negotiation. This request for proposal (“RFP”) is issued pursuant to 29 Del. C. §§ 6981 and 6982. In order to be eligible for these funds, an organization must: A. Be a private, nonprofit agency operating within this State of Delaware. B. Have a generally accepted system of accounting. C. Become a state vendor through the Division of Accounting. D. Agree to submit to a programmatic review and financial audit of their program each year that funds are received. E. Successful completion and submission of all required documents. F.
