Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Repair and replace water and sanitary sewer piping, (PVC, CPVC, PEX, galvanic pipe, copper tubing, and stainless-steel piping), unclog sewer lines and grease traps. • Repair and replace gas lines, including excavation if required (backhoe services) replacement and modification of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, deionized water and R.O. water systems. • Remove and/or install faucets, steam traps, shower diverters, tub shoes, shower bases, sink & tub drains, soldered copper pipe, cut and thread piping, remove and/or install soldered, threaded, Viega ProPress systems, remove and/or reinstall plastic PVC piping and fittings on an as needed basis, including emergency work and repairs. • The Respondent shall also provide service for repairs or replacement of electric and or gas water heaters, boilers, point of use water heaters, circulating pumps, testing and repairing domestic water and irrigation backflows.
