Specifications include, but are not limited to: Standard portable toilet(s) with urinal and hand sanitizer. ADA approved portable toilet(s) with hand sanitizer. Other items, products and services available by Contractor. Includes delivery, rental, maintenance, cleaning, upkeep and removal of products. Specifications of portable toilets Standard portable toilet- standard model will have minimum dimensions of Standard portable toilets shall include a wall mounted urinal, a bench style toilet with seat cover, and hand sanitizer dispenser with sanitizer. All toilets shall contain a minimum of a 3-roll locked toilet paper dispenser. After each service visit, have in place a minimum of 3-full rolls of toilet paper. Toilets shall provide separate and sufficient ventilation to both the unit and the waste reservoir. All toilets must contain a waste reservoir with a minimum waste tank capacity of 60 gallons. Contractor is responsible for maintaining units. Assure furnished materials are clean, sanitary, good working condition and free of objectionable odors. Handicap Units shall meet the minimum specifications stated above with the following exceptions or additions. Urinals are not required in handicap units. Units shall conform to ADA regulations for handicap accessible portable toilets including an access ramp if required. Attachment B Scope of Work Portable Toilets Service shall include removal and disposal of all waste in accordance with state and local law, as well as removal and disposal of trash in and around the unit, cleaning of the unit, repairing any damage, refilling with chemicals, stocking of toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Additional toilet paper and hand sanitizer, supplies requested by the Port of Entries for the portable restrooms, shall be provided at no charge.
