Functional Programming • Define the programmatic requirements for the recreational center, including spaces for fitness, sports, multipurpose rooms, administration, and amenities. • Specify the layout and features of the multipurpose fields, considering playing surfaces, seating areas, lighting, amenities, and spectator accommodations. 4. Infrastructure and Site Development • Design pathways, parking areas, lighting, landscaping, and other necessary infrastructure improvements to ensure accessibility, safety, and aesthetics. • Integrate sustainable practices such as green spaces, water conservation, and energy-efficient systems into the overall design. 5. Cost Estimation and Phased Implementation • Prepare detailed cost estimates for the entire master plan, including construction, materials, labor, and ongoing maintenance. • Develop a phased implementation plan outlining priorities and timelines for different project components based on budgetary considerations. 6. Regulatory Compliance and Permitting • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, ADA accessibility standards, and environmental requirements. • Facilitate the permitting process and obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities. 7.
