Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation intends to offer supplemental online curriculum for K-12 to eligible users in the state of Utah. System and Technical Requirements Curriculum must be web-based. Curriculum should be accessible via laptops, Chromebooks, or iPads. Curriculum should be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, outside of regularly scheduled maintenance and/or updates. Curriculum should not require local client installation. The program's data management tool must provide administration with the capability to configure roles and permissions for controlling access to student data. Program Design Requirements Program must be research and evidence based. Automatically places students at their appropriate starting level in the program according to their demonstrated performance. Provide ample practice activities, in which students hone previously learned skills, to promote speed of processing and integrate automaticity with multiple skills at each level. Embed formative assessments that provide teachers and administrators ongoing progress monitoring data without interrupting the flow of instruction.
