Comparison data to compare both Short Term Rental Supply and Demand to a competitive set (defined by either state and/or region) as well as compared to the United States as a whole. 2.4. Historical comparisons for all of the above, going back to at least 2021, but ideally back to 2019. 2.5. Additional data for consideration could include origin market information, hotel data, or other accommodations-related data available that could be provided as an add-on service.
