Metal building gable ends shall be enclosed with the same material used for side panels (Walls will remain open up to 14 feet above finished floor free spanned). Metal building shall have a wind certification of 140 miles per hour. Metal building shall have half round aluminum gutters installed along the 100 foot edges on both sides of the awning with a downspout on each corner. Metal building roof shall be 26 gauge R-panel with a 30 year warranty.
