Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will work with the College Lands Conservationist and will: Conduct field visits with regulators; Procure necessary permits and State approvals (DEC, DHP, others as required); Prepare required maps; Develop restoration engineering plans; Work with DEC to obtain approved 10-year O&M plan; Prepare cost estimates and requests bids from contractors for earthwork, placement of coarse woody debris, and planting; Provide “beforeduring-after” photographs of the project; Calculate phosphorus reduction using the accepted State of Vermont calculator; Furnish “as built” designs and final planting drawings; Prepare final report; and, Provide other relevant data as requested by the Addison County Regional Planning Commission, who serve as the Clean Water Service Provider for the Otter Creek Basin.
