Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s (DCR’s) Correction Division’s is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers to provide a Therapeutic Living Program for adult female offenders on work furlough/adult female parolees who are transitioning from work furlough to the community. The following is the approximate breakdown per year of adult female offenders on work furlough for the Islands of Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii (East Hawaii/Hilo and West Hawaii/Kona) and adult female parolees who are transitioning from work furlough to the community for the Islands of Oahu and Maui. This may be a single or multiple award contract, dependent upon applicant's capability, geographic area, and target population.
