Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. This contract is for the purchase of Liquid Asphalt Materials as described in the Specification. 1. Vendor must supply Liquid Asphalts under the UDOT Materials Qualified Supplier program. Refer to the UDOT Quality Management Plan Section 508 - Asphalt Emulsion and 509 - Asphalt Binder. 2. Refer to Part 2 of UDOT Specification Section 02745 -Asphalt Materials for Liquid Asphalt requirements. 3. Liquid Asphalts are defined as Asphalt Binders, Emulsions, and Cutbacks as identified in Section 02745. 4. If noted, dilution rates for emulsions are based on a ratio of concentrate to water, e.g. a CSS-1 Diluted 2:1 is a dilution consisting of two parts of a CSS-1 concentrate and one part water.
