Specifications include, but are not limited to: The S 48th St Shared Use Path project is expected to consist of paving an existing gravel path on the east side of S 48th St in Grand Forks, ND from 32nd Ave S to 17th Ave S. The project is likely to include, but not limited to, new concrete shared use path, common excavation, erosion control, adjust manholes, and pavement markings. It is anticipated that the required services will include conducting preconstruction and regular project status meetings, performing construction administration and inspection, measuring and computing pay quantities, preparation of change orders and pay applications, survey, material sampling and testing, collection of as-built information, preparation of record drawings, and performance of other construction engineering activities as requested by the NDDOT for federally funded construction projects. All work shall be performed to NDDOT standards and procedures. Final plans, specifications, and other required documents have been completed and submitted to the NDDOT for a February 9, 2024 bid opening.
