Specifications include, but are not limited to: The software package must function such that works within our existing workflow. Transitioned data and new codes must be integrated into InspectX and then migrated to BrM. The software package must also be able to ensure that we are working with the most up to date data during active inspection cycles. Other main business requirements for this software include: -Transition of existing Data – 67 codes are ‘clean’ transition (automated), 87 codes require office and field input for transition (manual). -Validate and update transitioned data. This includes validation capabilities to visually compare existing data and proposed new data. Data transition must be tagged and color-coded to assist in validation process. All attributes must have built-in validations and lookups. -Views of SNBI data in tabular format and allow sorting and filtering of data sets.
