Specifications include, but are not limited to: We have three historic buildings in need of repair/upkeep, and with all three buildings we want to keep the historic look of each structure as best as possible. We are asking for bids for each structure separately, and if possible, a bid for all three structures together. Item #1 Barn – Roof repair (we want to keep the historic look of the structure). Repair roof framing where collapsing Repair holes in mow floor Replace overhang on south. Replace fascia boards where needed. Remove old shingles. Install new wood shingles (Number 1 blue grade shingles with five inch exposure) Dispose of shingles/old wood Item #2 Log Cabin 1 (Newer) Remove 10 logs that are currently rotting. Replace logs with new logs to match. Clean edges of logs to remove eroded wood. Remove all old exterior chinking material. Install Log Jam elastomeric chinking material.
