Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Product needs to be accessible via computer and mobile devices (tablet/cell phone) via a website application. Minimum requirements are: Compatible with Windows 11 operating system, IOS, and Android systems via mobile. The product should be web-based and accessible on any computing device. If an application is already available, that is great. However, it is not a requirement. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS a. The Health department needs the ability to provide STI services to the community – accessing patient data, administering the tests in the clinic, running labs in the clinic/ordering labs at a partnering location, charting results, prescribing electronically (eScribe) and communicating results to patients and partners. Contractor must provide a software solution to accommodate all of the above processes. b. The Health department needs the ability to provide health services to the refugee population – there is specific documentation required, the system needs to be multi-lingual friendly. Portal, forms, etc. need to be translatable. Ability to track and run reports on this data – same components that go along with STI testing and immunizations for screening and tracking results, ability to refer to partner provider for specialty care. Contractor must provide a software solution to accommodate all of the above processes. c. The Health department needs the ability to provide immunizations to the community – document any vaccines given, and document data (VIS-form for parent/guardian), parent signing consent on vaccine screening form and scanned into system (preferable to have electronic signature), scanning vials for expiration/inventory (ties into NESSIS – the state immunization registry) needs to be able to send/receive data from NESIIS (Bi-directional data connection), log vaccination history with Health department and be able to see what vaccinations are needed, set up recommended cadences for specific vaccines i.e. the Covid vaccine – needs to be scalable for situations like a mass vaccine clinic (being able to customize processes to decrease the time it takes to administer a vaccine). Contractor must provide a software solution to accommodate all of the above processes.
