Also includes site re-grading of the site to accommodate rainwater runoff from the proposed wheel storage structure to the existing stormwater inlets in the surround area. 2. Foundations to support the proposed wheel storage structure . 3. Erecting three sided and covered PEMB structure, concrete slab and ramp, bollards and protection barriers along the perimeter of the exterior walls. 4. Installation of a 120/240V, single phase electrical service from existing site distribution, wheel storage structure panelboard, interior & exterior LED lighting and convenience receptacles.
