Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain Proposals from properly qualified, certified (as applicable) and experienced VTScada by Trihedral implementation and integration consultants, who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to implement VTScada by Trihedral. Summary: Proposers should have experience in successfully implementing VTScada for municipalities, or similar governmental or public agencies, with similar requirements to the City of Bentonville. The awarded Proposer will be responsible for the final approved design, installation, and implementation and commissioning of the System,which will include but not be limited to development of user acceptance testing, system integration, and connectivity to existing resources. The proposal should include migrating the existing AVEVA Wonderware SCADA HMI platform to a new VTScada platform. Cost of the services described in this RFP is of high importance to the City; however, initial Proposals will be rated for their qualifications and experience, method of work, and past performance. Procure Software: The City intends to procure VTScada integrator including software, as part of the 2024 Budget. VTScada software solution will be purchased from the implementation and integration services solicited in this RFP. In the event that the City determines an alternate software resource is in the City’s best interest, the Selection Committee and impacted Department will review the responses to this Request for Proposal to determine if Proposer’s qualifications are applicable for the alternate software.
