Specifications include, but are not limited to: FOOD CATALOG; FOOD ITEMS; BEVERAGE CATALOG; BEVERAGE ITEMS; ICE CREAM CATALOG. It is the intent of this bid invitation to establish a contract to supply canteen product categories: Food, Ice Cream, Personal Hygiene, Health and Beauty, Household, School/Legal, Clothing, Dental, Pharmacy, and Beverages options to the State of Nebraska per the attached specifications from date of award for a period of two (2) years with the option to renew for an additional two (2) two (2) year periods when mutually agreeable to the contractor and the State. The State reserves the right to extend the period of this contract beyond the end date when mutually agreeable to the contractor and the State.
