Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall perform all maintenance/inspection services as specified herein and as necessary to maintain the optimum level of efficiency for each piece of equipment specified herein. Services shall include, as applicable, but not be limited to: cleaning, oiling, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, alignment, timing, replacement of any filters, and operational testing of each piece of equipment furnishing all necessary lubricants, cleaning supplies, filters, and testing equipment, and providing any necessary repairs and parts replacement. All parts requiring replacement will be replaced in accordance with the Parts Replacement Section specified herein. B. Maintenance schedule to mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and CHP. C. Contractor shall invoice for Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services at the hourly rates specified in Exhibit B, Item 4, Rate Schedule. D. All services performed by Contractor are to be inspected by CHP after completion. CHP is solely responsible for determining acceptability of the work performed and the operability of the equipment.
