Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Auto Body Repair services on cars, trucks, vans, large, specialty, heavy duty vehicles and buses and equipment on an as needed basis at the contractor’s place of business in the counties listed below. Contracts were awarded in solicitation CH21- 58. This solicitation will award vendors in counties and categories that have no awarded vendors. AT24- 13 is only soliciting for the following counties and categories: • Carbon – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Daggett – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Davis – Category 3 • Emery – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Garfield – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Grand – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Juab – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Kane – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Millard – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Morgan – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Piute – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Rich – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • San Juan – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Summit – Categories 1, 2 & 3 • Wasatch – Category 3 • Washington – Category 2 & 3 • Wayne – Categories 1, 2 & 3; Vendor may be in a neighboring state if their autobody shop is in a neighboring county that is being requested in this solicitation. This RFP and resulting contract award(s) is a solutions-based solicitation; meaning the State of Utah is seeking equipment, products, and/or services that meet the requirements of this RFP and that are commonly desired or are required by law or industry standards. Offerors may include related equipment, accessories, and services to the extent that these solutions are complementary to the equipment, products, and/or services identified in this RFP. Given the cooperative nature of this RFP, it is expected that offerors shall propose a wide array of equipment, products, and/or services at lower prices and with better value than what they would ordinarily offer to the public or to a single government entity.
