Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project requirements include right of way consultation, coordination of required permits,addressing and resolving any routing environmental factors and working in close relationship with the Nez Perce Tribal Cultural Historical program to achieve cultural surveys and a successfully permitted project that respects tribal heritage requirements. Project may involve a wide range of services, such as:•Rights-of-way, permitting and acquisition experience.• Project consultation, design and plan development expertise. •Plan review and recommendations regarding installation contractor proposals.• On-site construction management, inspection and material testing.• On-call topographic or boundary surveying.• Grant application and change order negotiation and submittals.• Experience working with Tribal cultural agencies performing cultural analysis andsurveys.•Review need and submit on request SPPC Plans for specific project segments
